About Dr. Samadi
Airway-centered care with a patient-first approach.
Dr. Hedieh Samadi is an integrative dentist and airway/sleep medicine specialist with more than 20 years of clinical experience. Her care is focused on helping patients understand the connection between breathing, sleep, oral health, TMJ symptoms, and overall wellness.
As Director of Ceramic Dental Implant Centre in New York City, she combines artistry, advanced technology, and biologic precision to create individualized care plans for airway, restorative, and wellness-focused dentistry.
For patients with snoring, suspected sleep apnea, poor-quality sleep, morning headaches, jaw discomfort, or difficulty tolerating CPAP, Dr. Samadi helps guide evaluation and treatment planning with a clear, comfortable, and supportive approach.
She is highly experienced in treating sleep apnea, TMJ disorders, and muscle-related jaw pain, with particular expertise in using Botox for TMJ pain relief, and pairs that clinical knowledge with a compassionate, patient-centered style of care.

A collaborative sleep apnea approach
Sleep apnea must be diagnosed by a physician. At the Center for Dental Sleep Wellness, Dr. Samadi works within a collaborative care model that may include sleep testing, physician diagnosis, dental evaluation, oral appliance therapy when appropriate, and follow-up care to help confirm that treatment is working.
Digital airway workflow
Technology that supports comfortable, coordinated care.
Dr. Samadi’s sleep and airway workflow may include CBCT 3D imaging to review airway-related anatomy when clinically appropriate, along with comfortable intraoral scanning for oral appliances and restorative treatment planning.
CBCT imaging can help the dental team better understand anatomy, but sleep apnea is diagnosed through a physician-interpreted sleep test. This keeps care properly coordinated between dental and medical providers.
Helpful for
- Oral appliance planning
- Digital impressions
- Airway-related anatomy review
- Restorative treatment coordination
